Returns We operate a flexible and fair refund / returns policy. Basic items as new in re-saleable condition with tags are refunded immediately In cases where the goods are normal stock items, we will accept them back into stock* for refund or exchange within 28 days of purchase, after 28 days we will exchange only.  If we agree to accept an item for return or refund the product must be returned in 'as new' condition with the original packaging and/or tags. Items returned as faulty within 6 months of purchase will be inspected and if considered to be faulty due to a manufacturer fault will be repaired. If this is not possible a refund or replacement will be given. If there is any dispute into the cause of a fault i.e. caused by a child, washed wrongly etc, we will return the item to the manufacturer for analysis and decide the appropriate outcome dependant on the results. Items over 6 months old will be dealt with at the discretion of CrClothing. * Please note that your right to return items does not apply to products which fall into the following categories unless they are faulty: • Goods made or supplied to order • Socks and tights removed from packaging • Under garments • Swim Wear
Delivery Our shipping is calculated by weight, if you are charged more than the cost to post your items, we will refund the difference via paypal. If you wish to collect make a note on paypal at checkout and you will be refunded the whole postage once you have collected in store again via paypal. Items will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class Post or Standard Parcel Post with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 working days to UK addresses only. Please note that Specific delivery instructions cannot be undertaken as Royal Mail do not accept such requests. Free Delivery We offer free delivery to UK addresses for all orders place by phone or on- line of £100 or more. All items must be placed and paid for in one transaction. All goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within thirty days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders / items can be cancelled at any time. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within seven working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier. International Delivery Our Web site is unable to calculate international delivery, however if you require international delivery please contact our store to place your order, we accept phone payments, alternately add your items to your basket, check out as normal and we will send you an invoice
